What you have to do is reregister like you've never had an account, but I did not know this at first and I tried to log on w/my old accnt name and now it will not let me register a new accnt I contacted live support 3 times to find this out had to wait about 45 minutes each time and then finally they told me I need to send them an e-mail...and when I tried that it said error and would not let me send and then 2day I tried to call and was on hold for about 2 1/2 hours and finally hung up, but that is what I was told that I needed to make a new accnt...GOOD LUCK

If you save the program when you download
after it downloads open the program folder by right clicking on the icon and click on explore
more file should appear look for the file that is titled superior-new click on it
the casino should open click play for real and a new player registration will open for you to register a new account
the $20 will be in cashier where you normally claim promotions

hi...i appreciate ur help but i DL again and then i tried to right click the icon on my desktop and there was no explore, so thn i went into program files and right clicked superior and thn explore but there was nothing titled superior-new. Thanks again for ur help
