i cannot stand rival they are by far the worst casino groups ever do what you do keep it up cuz i want everyone to know how horrid of a casino group they really are. One rival experience...I unfortunately had told a friend about the casino and the no deposit, he went home opened an account and begin playing. He actually won a 800$ jackpot on a slot, the next day when he came to visit me, he being so excited wanted to show me his account. Now because he logged on from my pc or basically another pc they wouldn't let him cash out and later LOCKED his account completely.....after spending some time with live chat all they said was Basically For Logging On From Another Pc!!! WHAT A F**K** RIP OFF!!!!

bea_cuz, Hello. Sorry, those are the rules.. if they did not have that rule, everyone would make multiple accounts and blame it on their neighbor.

Meanwhile, if you were calm and not so angry I would ask what casino and
try to work it out with them. They do not cheat people, but players
try to cheat them everyday and that is why they have rules.

Rival does not suck or I would not put my money in Sloto'Cash everyday.

The good thing is the max cashout is $100 on most free chips, so he did
not loose much. He could ask for a manager account review by email
and explain what happened. Be kind and couteous and do not
tell them they suck for having anti fraud terms that every online
casino has, not just Rival

Meanwhile it is a testament to character that you group
all Rival casinos as awful because one casino follwed their
own terms and procedures (THAT EVERY ONLINE CASINO HAS), rather ridiculous hyperbole if you ask me

well I can tell you first hand that Slots of Fortune is really good. November 3rd was my birthday and I got a $5 free chip there even though I have not deposited at this particular rival. I played it and met the playthrough, Cashed out $100. it took them a week to get it too me since it was my first withdrawl si I had to send my info but it got sent to my Quicktender.

they do all have rules we must follow. and guess what when you follow the rules you are a winner. They have great customer service and they actually pay when you win. Tell your friend to contact them and ask for the manager account review. They will get it straightened out trust me, I know first hand that the customer service is very good and that they pay.

bea cuz, I should also say I have logged into my Rival accounts from other computers, including those that already have the same casino installed and registered to other users. And, my friends have logged into their Rival accounts from my computer. I've never had this become an issue with any of the Rival casinos. It would be different if your friend tried to set up another account on your computer, but I can't see that any Rival casino would block the account and forfeit a withdrawal because your friend logged in from your computer.

There may be a bigger issue here, and if you or your friend would like it resolved you should try contacting the casino and calmly request an account review. Simply explain the situation. Neither of you opened DUPLICATE accounts, or used the same account info (i.e. name, address, bday), when opening your separate accounts, correct? If not, you should have no issues getting a manager to review the account(s) and resolving the issue.

Still, I personally believe Rival casinos are excellent! They have wonderful bonuses, generous terms, and always pay when those terms are met. Good luck!

They gave "FREE" money and with a chance to win.

The only obligation that the player is under, is to understand the "term"
of the "FREE" money.
(which happens to be in the first paragraph of the Bonus Terms)

On a Rival site:
"Promotions are restricted to one per account, per person, email, physical address, and or computer."


I would have to say, that this should be a 'valuable' lesson learned.

And, might I add ~
There was no real money from the player, deposited... therefore, nothing
was lost and nothing was "Ripped Off"

Razz OMG! My sister and I use each others puters all the time to play! We just log onto our own accts. and play! I have won, she has won, we are always paid! There just HAS to be something else going on with this one because RIVAL casinos are the best!. I am so sorry your friend feels cheated, he or she should just call the casino, be polite and tell the manager what's going on- there is no way they will cheat you! I have won and been paid using my sisters puter- no prob. What is really going on here??? Question Question Question

All I can say is "TYVM Voodookitty" a very valid point. Free Money is not a loss. I also had issues before with "some" Rivals...

But happily surprised by the personalized attention Support gives. For me, they reversed the decision and put me back in good standing.
Some are better than others, of course... Did you even ask support why they locked your account? They dont give "auto-responses" Embarassed


By the way, are you a depositer bea_cuz? IF NOT, then you are probably considered a "bonus seeker" and that is why they locked-you-out.

OMG, is this for real, I have never had any problems with anything like this, I have been playing at Slotocash for a year now, and on many occassions I have used my sisters computer when I have been at her house, and she has logged onto her account while at my house. We have both sent in our ID verification and both have seperate accts, and I have never heard of anything like this. Should I not log in on her computer anymore, I hate to jeopardize my account?
