Hi All.. Does anyone know if there is a problem with cashouts at SLOTOCASH?
I made a withdrawal on the 19th (about 67 hours ago) and it is still sitting as processing, I flushed it as soon as I withdrew , I asked in live help yesterday just after the 48 hour mark after the withdrawal if there was a problem and they said they would forward it to accounting to be reviewed.. that was yesterday afternoon my time and I got up this morning and still nothing, I emailed the VIP manager about 2 hours ago, and still nothing..
I know SLOTO are great and I will be paid,, just wondering if anyone knew if there were delays or something going on to explain the delay..

Hi Tdtat, just sent it,, I am not terribly worried as I know Sloto are a great casino and I know I will get it, its just odd,, and I am kinda frustrated as I was looking forward to having the cash for the weekend...
Ahh well,,. it will last longer this way, lol

Hi Tawnia, Just had an update on the withdrawal for mizzused, apparantly this has happened before with Moneybookers. It is something to do with moneybookers communication error as it was processed but hasn't been taken by Moneybookers. I will email the player and ask them to withdraw again as this seems to be the quickest way of getting it to process. Then get tech to look into why this is happening. Thanks J
