Is that what's going on?? I have money that I withdrew from QuickTender to Wired Plastic. It was confirmed on 3/31 and still has not shown up in WP. I have talked to live chat at QT twice now and they keep blaming it on "Europe and the Easter Holiday" ?? Great! Also I couldn't deposit yesterday with a Visa (NS) at any of the Rivals...Is this new or just me?

iwanttowin, Hi! There are no other cards that I know of that take wires except wired plastic. Sorry!

If WP is not taking wires from quicktender, you will need a bank account to withdraw. I guess there will be more problems like this as we get close to June and the new law goes into effect.

This is an email that i received from QT yesterday
Dear xxxxxxxx
We are sorry to inform you but your withdrawal (ordered on 28.03.2010, USD 1,020.00) has been returned back to us.

The reason given by the bank is: Beneficiary bank unable to accept international wire transfers.

Please be informed that the wire was completed to the following bank details:

Name, Last name: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Bank Account Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Bank Name: Centennial Bank
Bank Address: 4605 Harrison Blvd. Ogden, Utah 84403
Bank Code: 124303065

We have returned the funds back to your QuickTender account.
Please be informed that we are experiencing problems with withdrawals sent to routing number 124303065 starting from the 5th of March. Almost all of these withdrawals were returned back to us. We are currently investigating this issue.

Meanwhile, you may register another bank as your "bank account" payment option in order to be able to withdraw funds.

We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused and thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Denis
QuickTender Settlement Department

I know that they changed name of the bank but someone on another fourm had the same problem with WP's new bank name and address also Quicktender could have posted that they were having problems with that routing number so you pay $30 and your money is returned if i knew about the problems i would not have sent the money

badalik, It looks like wired plastic is no longer taking wires from quicktender. You will have to send the wire to a bank account.

I got the same e-mail that mbcain got with my money returned to QT which really sucks because I just cashed out $2000 from Sahara Sands and don't know how I'll ever get it out of there. I live in a small town and I know my bank doesn't accept international wire transfers (it's a co-op). Does anyone else know of a bank branch that does? I hate to start going into places asking this as it sounds a little suspicious don't you think......

It seems that many people have struggles when withdrawing money from virtual banks? Last moth I sent my friend $1k USD by using paypal, but when he withdraw the money to his bank account, the money was reversed; the bank denied it >'< The withdraw and refund fee of paypal, the difference between 2 currencies make him lost more than $100 >'<

kitzianne, Use a large, nation wide bank. They may all be cut off in June, when the UIGEA law goes into effect, so it is better to get your money sooner rather than later.

Does it matter if it's checking or savings account? I really don't want to loose my asscociation with my co-op as I have a good line of credit there.

kitzianne, Hi! I have no way to know something like that. But I think that the bank matters, not what type of account, and they will need to accept incoming international wires. A small co-op bank will be less likely to accept a Quicktender wire than a large national bank. I doubt they would close your account if a wire was rejected, but I obviously have no way to know for certain what will happen with some random bank or what their policies are. I do know you can have accounts at as many banks as you want, so making an account at another bank should not be an issue with your current bank.

If you have a Wood Forest Bank, I know they do international transfers and with no charge on their end just the quick tenders charge.
