wow, quite an experience. I am sorry to know that happened. It kind of sucks to play and meet requirement and think you are okay to cash out but encounter difficulties. i think i would have pursued a little bit further, but i totally understand your frustration!. been there done that! seriously. ridiculous ordeal to a top manager and threatned
to blacklist this group of casinos if they do
not shape up fast.

I checked up with both the management and the finantial deparment.

That clerk is WAAAAYYYY off. Your player will receive a Western Union or
money gram, but tell him to keep in mind that he will have about $12 worth
of fees deducted from his $50 payout. The extra $12 will be placed in his
account as a courtesy. He will have the money within less then a week.

Let me know if he or you have any other issues.
