I was told a couple days ago that it would be forwarded to the promotions manager and that I would get an e-mail. I'll try again at live chat but I'm with wvguitargirl about ready to write it off.......
The thing is, they are losing customers. I DO NOT want to deposit any more money to a place where you can't even get a response to an e-mail! It's not doing much for their image. Are they connected to any of the other Rivals? Not too big of a deal though. I have no problem giving sloto all my deposits! hehe..
