TDTAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IM IN THE WRONG, I DON'T THINK SO THOUGH. I PRESENTLY DEPOSITED 18 DOLLARS AT I NET BET AND BEGAN PLAYING, KNOWING I HAD A PROMOTION THAT I COULD CLAIM, I SPENT ALL MY REAL MONEY AND WENT TO GO AND CLAIM MY PROMOTION. THEN I COULDN'T SO I WENT TO PROCEED AND SEND A MESSAGE TO SUPPORT, IN WHICH THIS IS HOW THEY RESPONDED.

Do not try to blackmail us with threats of adverse publicity, I am unsure who you think you are dealing with.
There is nothing to reconsider, it was not an arbitrary decision, it is the rules.
Did you think you can claim free money and there would be no rules attached...I do not think so.
This rule incidentally is the same as EVERY other Casino online, you cannot play your deposit through and then lose and then think, no matter I will claim the bonus, it does not work like that, as I am sure you are fully aware.
By the way the rule is not about requesting it before or after you MAKE the deposit, as it does not matter, the rule is you cannot claim it when you have played and lost your deposit first.

That is a common mistake, but you have to put in the coupon first before depositing. I made that mistake with club world, after entering online support i got the bonus, very friendly support! maybe you can try and explain them why you made the mistake (they got that alot believe me), stay friendly, they probably give you the bonus!

gorond, with what I understand is that you must claim the promo before you deposit, and if you forgot you should go to support and claim {before you start to play your deposit}you can't play all of your money than claim the bonus. I am sorry about this problem you have had... Maybe I am wrong here and TDTAT would know better. But with all the casinos I play at it states claim bonus before you deposit...I know how it is written to deposit than claim, but if that is what it says than you claim the bonus right after you deposit not after you play all your money... SORRY again

You are correct about the bonus claim. Claim first, then make deposit. However, Inetbet has the rudest CS of any casino. I had an issue with them about a deposit and was accused of having 4 other accounts and was generally spoken to like I was a thief. Therefore, Inetbet got their last dollar from me. Even if you are in the wrong, a CS department should be courteous instead of nasty.

Your right anniemac there is no reason cs should be rude and ignorant for any reason, they are they to help you out not to downgrade you and make you feel like your are worthless, not all CS are like that though. I do not play RTG's, but the rules are the same at most all casinos in regards to claiming bonuses, you don't deposit play all of your money than go and claim a bonus......

Mcorneli, I love playing at Pantasia, I love all the rivals to be honest with you they offer good bonuses, and the games are great, micro is good also I just don't play there much is because alot of them "not all" ban my state,but the rivals are awesome you should give them a try!!!

Hi Gorond. Looks like a misunderstanding to me. Regarding Inet CS, I happen to like Alan... As far as Customer Support Agents, he is a seasoned veteran. I have been a regular depositor at InetBet for like 3 years now, and have not had, nor heard of anyone else that had, a bad experience with their policies or their support. I think you might just be the champion at bringing out the worst in people.

Micros are different, you have to meet a play thru before you are "able" to claim a bonus. Where as with the RTG's, you have to put the code in before you even make the deposit, and then after the deposit goes thru, the bonus is added. I play at RTG's often, and just lately started playing at Inetbet. I have to say they have been good to me, though a bit slow on answering email. But I have asked for bonuses on occasion, and have received them. TDTAT is right, you will usually get further with honey.
You may have just been unlucky enough to get a rep that had a bad day (no excuse though), and possibly this rep is a new employee. The damage may be done already, but try going back and explaining that you are new to this and is there any way you can receive your bonus. From past experience, I have noticed that you can bargain with RTG's where the micro's are cut and dry, and will not bend the rules at all.
I used to be a loyal Grand Prive player, but they have become very stingy. They used to offer constant, very generous bonuses, and then that came to a stop. Even there loyalty system changed. I loved Intertops until they raised their deposit amount. Now, Casino Share is my new best friend. They don't usually have bonuses but their loyalty system makes up for it by far.

I play at the Grand Prive casino group, as well as Villento and Big Dollar...all of whom could care less WHEN I claim the deposit match bonus. As long as I made a qualifying deposit, I can go claim my bonus. Sometimes I do it at the same time I make the deposit, and I get it. Other times, I do it while I am in the middle of playing...and I get it. Still other times, I do it when I've lost...and yep, I get it.
In this case, I think iNetbet has rules regarding the bonus, which include claiming PRIOR to a deposit...just like the Rival casinos. But, yes, it sounds like the CS response was way out of line. And, you only deposited $18 you said...a 50% match bonus would have been $9 on their end, and you still would have had to meet playthrough requirements. So, all they should have done is said, "Hey, here's your $9...in the future, please remember to claim any bonuses PRIOR to or AT THE TIME of depositing. Remember you must meet playthrough requirements on the DEPOSIT AND BONUS." And left it at that.

I don't play at either of the casinos so I am use to claiming before depositing and I have never played my deposit than claimed a bonus. This just shows us all we MUST read the {T&C's} of all casinos promos....
