InetBet problem after jackpot win, no more bonuses |

I won a very small progressive jackpot at InetBet of $145 of which I only cashed out $80 after completing the deposit bonus playthrough.
I got a congratulations email and then shortly after an email from the accounting department (below). Each time I deposit, I have used one of the deposit bonuses, but now I get this email stating that this is bonus abuse. It is not in the T&C and all along I felt I was following the rules. I have lost much more than I have ever withdrawn, my guess is that the jackpot win caused a accounting review and this is all that they could come up with.
What are your thoughts?
We have today paid the withdrawal request that you made earlier this morning.
It is with regret that I have to inform you that our accounts department have placed your account into the Bonus exclusion category.
You have, since joining iNetBet continually availed of bonus's that we send out to reward our regular players, but you do not play unless it is bonus advantage play.
In fact you have never deposited without claiming a bonus.
We have no problem with a player claiming every coupon that we offer, however we do expect some non bonus play as well.
I must therefore confirm that unless we see a change in your pattern of play i.e. bonus free playing, we will be denying any future bonus's that you try to redeem.
This is not an action that we take lightly, however continual misuse of the bonus program seriously effects our ability to reward our regular players.
Kind regards
CSR Lynn

I regularly play at RTG casinos, not Inetbet, but Club World and Rushmore group, so I think I can comment on this with some knowledge.
I ran into kinda the same thing at Club World after a month of cashing out more than I deposited. They tried to exclude me from certain bonuses. After several conversations with the manager, I got it fixed.
That being said, you are probably lucky that they bonus banned you. Most RTG deposit bonuses come with extremely high playthroughs and they are non cashable. Sometimes I claim bonuses but mostly play without because if I am lucky enough to win a little, I can cashout and there is nothing they can do about it ( well they can but not likely).
As for the bonus advantage play, they usually claim this when you claim a bonus, make playthrough and withdraw immediately. I can't see where claiming a bonus on a deposit with a 30x playthough gives you much advantage. If you deposit $25, get $25 you will have to playthough $1500. Now how realistic is that? With RTG slots, unless you hit a RJ, you aren't likely to make playthough. Of course, this is my opinion.
Plus there are several more good RTG casinos that you can play at and tell Inetbet to kiss off.

Wow...that's pretty awful!
If they've won considerably more off you than you have of them, it is in the poorest taste for them to have done this.
What do they think bonuses are for? To attract players to lose their money.
Wow, I am really flabbergasted by that email you received! I'd drop them like a hot potato and any other casino the owners of inetbet might own. Also, I'd post this matter all over the internet gambling portals.
I think it's just terrible of them.
Also, just like Anniemac said how can they call any bonus offered with such high play throughs bonus advantage play????
Even the Rival casinos have come to require such outrageous playthrough requirements as in the example anniemac set out. I've received cashback from Davincis with a 100 time playthrough! lol That's cashback on my losses of 10 And on that particular occasion, they not only had the outrageous playthrough, but they had a max cashout! Isn't that a bit crazy??

I'm not sure what to think, but I've heard of bonus blocking before at other casinos, is it that unusual if one never deposits without using a coupon? It's too bad that happened I hope iNetBet isn't getting funky I really like playing there. Maybe ask for a managers review, I see she was from the accounting dept. (just a thought).

Thanks for all of the comments. I have decided to request inetbet to close my account. I am only an occasional gambler with limited funds so I try to maximize my play time by using match bonuses. To me the casino already has the advantage with 30x playthrough that is very difficult to complete. It is also more than a coincidence that my account was flagged the day after the small progressive win. For these reasons I will find another casino to play at.
ps the Managers review was the same answer...you must make non-bonus deposits

Yes it happens... some casinos will stop
giving you bonuses if they are losing money on you
and you always deposit with a bonus.
The player had a manager account review and they said the same thing.
Basically iNetBet is saying:
if you use a bonus all the time and beat them all the time,
they will stop giving you bonus.

I have been blocked from bonuses at most of the rivals since cashing out for $3000. It made me a little mad but it is there loss since I will most likely not play at those casinos again. Sloto changed their mind and opened it back up, but the rest did not. I will play at the rivals that will offer something for my business. This not only includes bonuses (which are nice) but it is important that the casinos I play at give good customer service or I don't want at thing to do with them.

Why would a Rival bonus block you if you use bonuses all the time? They have a constant small, 10%- like 25% reloadable bonus. If I use that every time and I win, I would certainly hope they wouldn't block me.
I am up at Cocoa Casino and they have not blocked me. I found this out when I requested a freebie and the manager checked my account and told me I was up on them over the lifetime of my account. The bonuses they offer me aren't as big as the casinos I lose at, but they still offer them. Hmm....... I think I'll play at Cocoa! lol

mostlysunnee, No.. for Rival Casinos it is usally "always using
a 100%+ bonus" that could get you less bonuses if you are winning consitently
Keep in mind each casino does it's own thing. Some do not do it at all.
