I think the $21 is for new players only and you can not make a new account if you already have a Gold Rock account.

Maybe they will put out some other offers for old players and maybe not.

I got the bonus...but I did have to do the live chat and ask for it. I had an email telling me I'd get it and mentioned that as well.

I went to live chat and inquired about this.

Mick or Micky or something like that, was the live chat operator.
He gave me $21 the bonus right away.

The play-thru is outrageous!
144 x bonus with a max-cashout of $50

Drakella, Hi! I was told it was for new players.

Some existing players who got the email are getting the $21 and some are not.

So what I did was make a new post in the no deposit section to show the new player $21 free chip welcome bonus.

I am a depositer. I did not get the mail but I did get the $21 free chip. I also got the answer that everyone will get this if they ask in livechat or send a mail. So they are lying to you or to me.

My contact apologized for the confusion. It looks like there is a $21 free chip for new players and $21 for existing players that are not bonus blocked. Existing players can request the $21 from live chat.

i just talked to micki and was given the 21 right away and mine is alos 72x playthough
