Is there anyone else who is having trouble getting emails from Rivals? I haven't received an email in a week or better. Actually I haven't gotten any email since they redid the bonus structure. The only way I know about the bonuses is on the forum. I have asked and emailed and nothing.

The only casino that gave me the weekly bonus like they said was Pantasia. I am way confused.

i have say that all the week end lol
no answer this week end i got one this morning ( france ) but i m not very glad by their comportement , usualy they answer quickly

HI,, Me to! I deposited here and there all last week at various rivals..and no emails from any of them or bonuses either.. I was just thinking last night Rivals had been quiet..
Usualy I get lots of emails with at least a deposit bonues,,but no,, my poor inbox has been sadly empty.. lol

I get bonus and emails. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT SUPPORT,
they are the only ones who can help!


Everyone: If you are not getting Rival emails
you need to check your junk emails.. and readd support emails
to your safe list.

Rival started using new emails serivces so
their emails go to junk as I posted last week. EVERY Bonus
sent is sent with an email. If you dont get emails,
you need to contact support.

If you are getting BONUS aND NOT EMAILS
then check your accounts Laughing

TDTAT, I use Yahoo! and trust me, junk mail gets through. Yesterday I won the UK lottery and today I won the Coca Cola lottery. LOL!!!

I have contacted them and I don't get a reply. I have contacted live chat at Davinci's 3 times and finally got a 40% bonus. And I do check my accounts. That's the only way I know what is going on besides on this forum. I guess I will send out a blanket email to support today and see what happens.

I don't even rely on the emails any more so I just check my promo box or talk with live support....

None for me either at Yahoo. They always go to my junk mail and I get
them. There should be something from Simon today. We are supposed to get cashback too for the month! Ill keep checking.

I got a reply from Davinci's and their response was for me to open a gmail account. I don't know why that would be a better option than Yahoo! but who knows. Maybe I'll try it and see.

I have heard rumors that yahoo is blocking Rival emails...
No one wants to say for sure but that may be the problem

Just thought I would follow up on this. I changed my Rivals email to a gmail account instead of Yahoo! and have been getting emails OK. So if you are not getting your mail from Rivals, change to gmail. Worked for me.

same problems, i re-added to my safe list and check junk folders, i just all of sudden don't get them anymore... anywhoooo.. gmail, what is gmail? i have yahoo currently.

What I did was send an email to support at each one asking them to change my email. Just make one and send it to all. Worked like a charm.
