I got the $30 free chip a couple days ago and got it up to over $14000. I played it down to get comp points. I have $275 in comp points now. But I got tired of playing and got my balance down to around $2400 and decided to cash out the maximum of $30 to my quick tender. The bonus is not withdrawable so I put in $60 in the cashier. That brings my balance down to $0. I check my transaction history an hour later and it says I have a pending transaction of $15. I go to live chat and asks her the amount I was supposed to put in and she says one moment... then she reverses it saying I have to have $25 to withdraw. I then asked if I can redeem my comps and she says yes.

just withdrew $275 in comp points to my quick tender account. ..and will let you know if they pay me.
