TDTAT I didn't you like Pho. That is one of favorite food. Couple of years ago, me and a couple of my friends use to drive 2 hours just to eat pho and back. But my favorite is HO FUN Noodles.

That is Beef Stew and it's one of my favorite and Ho Fun Noodle is the kind of noodle I like. I think Ho Fun is called the big flat kind of noodle in Vietnamese. Wow Just by talking about it makes my mouth watery. Now I gotta get some.

Doyzluck, I prefer the small rice noodle in traditional pho for pho but I like that big flat noodle in the dry noodle bowls with meat wink

My favorite food is "Tender Loin". OMG. No matter if it comes from beef, or if it is venison backstrap, great stuff.

Yes most definitely need the sauce. Without the sauce it wouldn't be good. Put them in with the noodles and some on the side for dipping.
