I got £30 GBP free chip TDTAT & this is what happened when I played Shamrock Isle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you think I might have made playthrough?????? BUMMA that max withdrawal is £120, I would be a nice shopping spree with my little 1's!!!

I know!! Tell me about it!!!! Put's abit of a downer on it, but it was fun!!!

Forgot to mention last night (abit giddy from my win!!!) was playing flash player at last!!! Think they may still have a couple of teething problems as half of the games were opening Box24 Casino!!! I know there part of the group but was opening to my Box24 Account & out of Black Diamond, so had to try a few different games to play the free chip in Black Diamond!!! Not sure if they are aware of the little technical problem??? Just thought I would let you know!!!

Not very happy with Black Diamond!!! As you know had a big win with my sign up free chip & was aware max cashout was £120 but thought "what the hell, it's very rare I have large amounts 2 be reckless with, I'd play around with it & see how high I could get it!!!" Well had another big win & my account balance was around £15000, checking it the next day, to my shock, horror, my balance showed £50 so spoke to live chat & this is a copy of what was said:-

Although I'm happy that the balance got changed to £120 the max cashout for the bonus, I'm quite disgusted that they messed around with my account without me even going to withdrawal!!! I alway's assumed that a sign up bonus was for you to try out the casino & that was exactly what I was doing, I never thought i'd be able to withdraw it & I know I need to deposit to withdraw the bonus money, however now I feel like I've been pushed to do that!!! There is nothing that I can see in T&C's that says once you've met wagering requirements they can take the excess balance, thought that happened if/when you wanted to withdraw!!! Am I being dramatic TDTAT as I feel a little that my privacey has been invaded???

Silly I know but it was my biggest win 2 date, bonus money or not, I was enjoying seeing the balance at that figure!!!!

bubblegem, Hi! Sorry! That is how all the RTG casinos do the free chips... once you hit the wagering requirement, the excess is removed. I guess Rival is doing it too now.

Thanks TDTAT just sounding off, also recieved this email from them, just found it in my junk box:-

Any funds left from free winnings will be immediately removed from the player account after processing the payout. The person who tries to go above this limit will have the funds removed from his/her account. Reversing a withdrawal to remove wagering requirements is not permitted with FREE bonus money.

To process your withdrawal we require a verification deposit by the method you wish to withdraw and an official photo id and utility bill verifying the details you registered at the casino.

If I wanted to be really childish I pull them up on the fact that I hadn't tried to withdraw it & even the email says the balance will be removed AFTER processing payment!!! Too be honest it has totally put me off them, I'll take there money but they won't see mine again after that!! Another RTG attitude turned Rival, I'll stick to the older Rival's I think!!!!
