Okay, I really should've listened to your advice voodookitty. I purchased a WWWCard yesterday and was able to use it at Casino Grand Bay. Then, I purchased another card for $40. My card number came up and everything seemed okay. But then I tried logging into my account and it said the number wasn't recognized. Got a liitle worried so I called and they said the system cancelled the transaction (????). So they supposedly refunded the amount onto the original credit card, they said it would be instant but it's not there yet. It's been about 6 hours. VoodooKitty please let me know when you get your refund. It'll probably be the same amount of time for me. I don't see me getting the refund until next week.

Also, buyer beware... a lot of Microgaming casino only let you register 2 credit cards. If this WWWCard place gives you a new number each time then you can only use it twice without being locked out of your account. Then it's a pain because the casino wants you to send them a copy of your credit card, etc. This happened at Casino US a while back when I tried to register more than two credit cards.

I have to say I will not use this method ever again. It just seems fishy... Guess I'll just have to keep playing at Intertops where my Visa is always taken. It sucks though since they still have a $50 minimum. But no one else will take my Visa except them Sad

Sorry.... Intertops told me the minumum
deposit would go back down, they just
have a high number of chargebacks.
So the $50 minumum is temporary!! Smile

ecardot.................

I'm sorry to hear this.

No, I still have NOT received credit back to my debit card.
It has been one week, to date since the incident took place.

The response that I got from ....

seems to be a little different than what you got -
in regards to when you would receive credit back to your account.
They told me that they did not know.
They continue to tell me that they can do nothing.
They tell me that I need to contact the card carrier.

The card carrier says I need to contact ....

If they dropped the charges as they said they did, then the charges would have already fallen off.
But, then again.... the charges are still showing as "pending", which is good.
I do believe that means that ....

has not proccessed the transation.
But, I don't know really how long a "pending" charge will stay on an account, without dropping off sooner or later

Don't know if this works the same way, but I have a Western Union charge on my credit card where I was trying to fund ECOcard and Western Union wouldn't let me. So far it's been a week. Suppose to be credited back to my account on the 10th. Had to three way call with Western Union and credit card and get Western Union to tell them they weren't going to actually use the money. The CC told me it would take 5-7 days to get it back. If I hadn't called everybody it would have taken up to 10 days. Hope you get your money back. Don't give up. Icon_syda

Icon_pidu Hi anniemac, I hope you are doing well!

If you don't mind my asking..........

Why wouldn't Western Union let you use their service to fund your 'eco card'? Confused

They told me that my transfer "didn't meet their security and safety standards". This was after I had to call them and they still put a hold on my credit card. Moneygram did me the same way when I tried to fund my ECOcard online with them. Only they had the balls to ask me how I knew the person I was sending money to and why was I sending it to a person. I think I probably PO'd them when I told them I really didn't think it was any of their business. But they both told me I could go a location and send it. Now tell me what the difference would be?

Just for those of you who dont know from using pre-paid cardsI found this out as well if you call support and ask them to remove cards from your acct so you can add new ones they will it only takes em a sec to do so and then you can register new cards hope that help's some of you out at least a little Smile

anniemac......

Ya', I agree.
There shoud not be any difference if you go in person or online....
But for some odd reason, there is.

I couldn't use Western Union today either.
The screen came up saying that they were not able to proccess my transaction at this time.

And with what you are telling me, I am starting to wonder what's up.

Ya'..... your right!
For the most part, they are usually quick.
I have only had one experience when they said that they would need me to send documents, in order to remove them to use different ones.

Thanks everyone for your experiences. Voodookitty - have you tried calling WWWCard? I can't believe you still haven't received your refund yet. I haven't either but I'm going to call again today.

Anniemac - thanks for letting me know about Western Union. I was thinking of trying them next. Don't think I will now. The thing about Moneygram (funding to your EcoCard) is the receiver's address is in Nicarauga (sp?). It's so embarassing to go to Wal-Mart and send money there. I feel I'll be put under investigation Smile It's also weird that they give you a different person's name each time you send money. Plus, the fee's are outrageous. I heard it's about $15 to send and then another $7 for commission. Crazy... It's becoming practically impossible to deposit anywhere anymore. I guess the government is getting their wish.

Boo hoo... Well, on a good note. Happy Friday!!!!

Ecardot, I know the feeling. I just funded my card through Western Union so I could withdraw a small win at Pantasia. Felt like I was funding illicit activities or something. Kept waiting for them to handcuff me or something. I still liked Payspark best of all but thanks to US gov. can't use them now. Hope we all get our money back. Icon_pray

Just wanted to let you guys know......

I DID finally receive credit back to my Debit card.
The charge dropped from my account, yesterday.

I'm sure that it was just a minor 'glitch in their system,
but I don't think that it will be my first choice when depositing.

Voodookitty - I'm happy to hear you finally got credited. Hopefully I'll get credited soon too. Not sure if I'll use that method of depositing anymore.

Anniemac - I hope you get your money credited back to your credit card. Keep me posted Smile

VOODOOKITTY-Glad you got your money back! I probably shouldn't say this(jinx myself)- but I still am able to use my regular bank debit card at Casino Grand Bay (Grand Prive Group). It has never quit working-anybody else tried lately?
