i got the e-mail but it isnt in the cashier to claim i sent a mail to support hope they fix because i know i will be looking for the($for later after work

I had to e-mail them, too (live help wasn't "help" at all..lol). I got the e-mail but no $9 in the cashier section of my account. I'm sure they'll get it taken care of like they always do...Patience is just not my thing though! LOL!

Go to chat or email if you got the email and did not get $9..
you may be blocked from bonus and need an account review.

hi . i feel almost the same way, its in my cashier, but every single time there is something to claim im denied, i have to email support AND live support anit worth a fart, lol. anyway good luck with the bonus e1. im gonna give these rivals a boot. ive really had it with them, brunett

I aint blocked from bonuses for sure, they told me there is a problem with rival's promotions at this time (which seems to be true cause I'm playing one at coca and I can't check out much), so I'm expecting to get one
