I had to e-mail them, too (live help wasn't "help" at all..lol). I got the e-mail but no $9 in the cashier section of my account. I'm sure they'll get it taken care of like they always do...Patience is just not my thing though! LOL!

you have to claim all rival bonuses in the cashier..
Go to chat or email if you got the email and did not get $9..
you may be blocked from bonus and need an account review.
