server connection problem

Hello

Until few weeks ago I used to play poker at Intertops...then it began to appear this error message:

"A connection could not be estabilished at this time. Please check your internet connection, firewall settings and access permission.Try again?
Details: the underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel"

The same thing happens when I try to play on comeon poker that uses equal poker network.

Could someone help me, please?

WildWildFrank, Hi there. If I was having that problem I would uninstall the poker software and install it again to see if that helps. After that, the quickest solution may be to go to live chat support (ask for technical support as the regular live chat people will be useless) or email support (add tech support to the subject line). I suspect your computer updated and something in the update does not agree with the software. If the reinstall or support can't help then I can try to email a manager.

I will also go ahead and test the poker software to make sure it is working for me. I'll post back here with the results.

The poker software works for me, so it is not a site-wide problem.
